The month of passing out and the next month after passing out from the National Youth Service Programme are the most sensitive months in the life of any  average Nigerian youth that have passed through the service year because of fear of the unknown and what the future will bring. These are the things to do while preparing yourself for the future ahead  Be passionate and don't give up on lifes: Some ex corp member may think to suicide because of the amount of depression but I assure you that better days ahead.  Find and focus on your path in life Groom and develop yourself. This is very important because white collar job don't come easily but with your skill acquired, you can take care of yourself. Dream big, start small, and start somewhere.

  Solutions to overcome your fear of failure at your new job You've opened your congratulatory email and jubilated your way through the weekend. Now it's Monday and you're having sweaty palms and cold feet. You're worried about making a good first impression, not just with your dressing which might be sult wear, but also with your performance. We have been there at some point, at that earlier stage both the employer and senior employees will be staring at you in a suspicious manner as if you came to steal from them and you will start feeling like you are in the cycle of another world around you. We are afraid of being penalized and embarrassed if we fail, so we want to avoid failure at all costs. That does not have to be the case.  The solutions to the fear are; 1. Breath in deeply and slowly breath out (breathing exercise)  2. Relax your nerve and muscle. 3. Ask question on the things you are founding difficult to understand but don't over ask. 4.
